Adam and Jessica Jones married in 2014 and have two daughters: Adalynne and Aspen. After moving around the U.S. for quite a bit, they've had the opportunity to live in Virginia, Alabama, Colorado, and now Pittsburgh, PA. The Jones family loves to hike, travel, and explore.

As the commander of Delta Company, Adam revitalized a once-toxic culture, leading to improved retention among a specialized team of over 90 aviation professionals. His achievements in the military include receiving the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. Throughout his career, Adam has served in roles such as Aircraft Maintenance Company Commander at Buckley Space Force Base, Senior Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton working with space systems and concepts, and Solutions Researcher for Boeing. Drawing from these experiences, he has identified key patterns that improve performance and build a culture of trust among elite teams.
